So my wife was introduced to Jean Bare products last year around Jan-Feb. She was so impressed by their products that she bought this offer where she get enough face soaps and creams for 12 months plus a facial every month for the duration of the 12 months. (I think she paid something like R3000:sick:)

On several occasions when she went for her facial, she had to wait outside on the street because no one would open the gate for her! That would happen after she rang the bell, hooted and even phoned the woman inside:mad: It became common for her facials to start 30-45 minutes later than what she booked and on several occasions she was late for other appointments because of this.

9 months into this they tell her that she can't have any more facials, her offer expired:wtf:

A few months ago, they had a special on *fill in fancy name here* (facial, manicure and pedicure) and she bought it for herself, her 2 sisters and her mother. They booked a date somewhere later in March 2013 but had this postponed (not really sure why).

So today my wife phones Jean Bare to book a new date and the woman says "Sorry, it's only for 3 people, not 4"

How pathetic can your service be?!

Has anyone else experienced poor service from them?

I have never heard of Jean Bare before.

If their service is so bad, why on earth did she go back to book treatments forherself, her 2 sisters and her mother??? If consumers do not boycott bad service providers, the service providers will never get the message that their service sucks!

Rather go to Placecol. Might be more expensive, but they provide a generally good service.

You may have to live with it I'm afraid. Women do strange things when it comes to facial products and extravagant promises made by the people who market them.

Take up golf, it costs more...

Their treatments are great, especially the microdermalaser .... and the chocolate mask is divine.
