They actually just fckn thieves. Don't know why they call them vandals. Same as "vandals wrecked a substation" when they actually tried to steal. Assholes should be removed from the gene pool. Vandals break your post box or paint graffiti on your wall or key your car paint.

Believe me I’d be first in line to take these ****ing rubbishes out, then drag them behind my car on the N1.

Jhb water in this case, it's easier to say it was vandalised then it was damaged by troglodytes trying to steal it.

Or Joburg Water simply fudged up the repair as they always do, did not do the required maintenance and the pipe gave up, not like they would tell us that so just blame it on vandalism and allow the masses to go wild with political conspiracies.

municipal workers vandalise their own stuff all the time.

Knowing the masses and how they've vandalised substations, mini subs, transformers and cables. It's 99% more likely it was one of those
