While I’m happy about this, portions of that road still feel very unsafe.

I was generalising, I myself prefer the highways.

Likewise. I traveled double the distance I needed to, just because I refused to use backroads. Now, I have no choice but to use back roads as I go to Sandton each day.

Its cool. I'm just looking forward to those mornings and afternoons again where I can cruise nicely on my back roads and watch the gridlocked freeway.

Main Reef and Booysens Road should start flowing a little better when they can use the M2 again. Also means no more JMPD on point duty, they keep the side roads backed up as they try and get Main Reef and Booysens flowing.

Wait. Didn't you have a bike?

Sold it. Miss it. Thinking about getting one again but when I see these Dainfern assholes using Cedar as a raceway and what the taxis are doing on Main I dismiss the idea. Until I see a bike come past...

It's complicated ok! My brothers are "hardcore" bikers with KLRs and what not, I'm just trying to look cool.
