Joburg eservices statements via Safari

A client gets the following error when trying to access statements from City Of Johannesburg using Mac and Safari -

An error has occurred quering the database 500 The call failed on the server.


If I log in on my Windows pc using Chrome I get access to download the statements.

Is there something with Mac or Safari that's not compatible with JHB eservices ?

That problem doesn't seem browser related at all.

Are you using your windows PC from the same connection?

Try Firefox/Chrome on the Mac to see if its the Mac or Safari.

Thanks - I loaded Chrome for Mac and it worked perfectly.
