The City of Johannesburg has extended its Debt Rehabilitation Programme until the end of the year.

it would be great if the city could have a working accounting system so I can actually see my payments coming off. Evey time I login it shows I still owe the same thing I did 3 months ago despite making payments...

90 days, Wow. Recently I had some debt collection operator on my case for just one month of arrears. I usually pay close to 20th and I was probably few days late or something like that.
