"Do you get the impression that the Supreme Court doesn’t like me?"

Pennsylvania Supreme Court shoots down Trump’s lawsuit — and overturns one of his wins

President Donald Trump was suffering under a 2-35 win/loss rate for his election lawsuits, but the Pennsylvania Supreme Court just changed that.

According to Democratic attorney Marc Elias, “Pennsylvania Supreme Court AFFIRMS our 5 victories in Philadelphia and REVERSES our one loss in Allegheny County.”

The suit was attempting to throw out ballots legally cast.

Trump is bowing to the inevitable, but still in deep denial:
Mr Trump tweeted as the GSA, which is tasked with formally beginning presidential transitions, informed the Biden camp that it would start the process.

Administrator Emily Murphy said she was making $6.3m (£4.7m) in funds available to the president-elect.
Ms Murphy, a Trump appointee, cited "recent developments involving legal challenges and certifications of election results" in her decision to send the letter.

She said she had received no pressure from the White House over the timing of her decision.

Trial for Giuliani associates Parnas, Fruman pushed back to February 2021

A federal judge on Wednesday delayed the trial of Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, two associates of U.S. President Donald Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, on charges of violating campaign finance laws to Feb. 1, 2021 because of difficulties caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Donald Trump fears Giuliani, other lawyers in Biden vote challenge are ‘fools that are making him look bad’

Trump fears Giuliani, other lawyers in Biden vote challenge are ‘fools that are making him look bad’

President Donald Trump
is sweating over his campaign lawyers’ dismal and often outlandish efforts to reverse President-elect Joe Biden’s projected electoral victory. Trump is worried that his campaign’s legal team, which is being led by his personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani, is composed of “fools that are making him look bad,” NBC News reported Monday.

That group, which has unironically called itself an “elite strike force team,” to date has failed to win any legal victories that would invalidate votes for Biden, the former Democratic vice president, even as they tout wildly broad claims of fraud for which they have offered no convincing evidence.

Watergate lawyer explains why Biden has no choice but to prosecute Trump

The last thing that President-elect Joe Biden wants to do is be inundated by crimes committed by the previous administration. Biden is a “worker,” looking forward toward a future that repairs relationships with the international community, fixes regulations, revives government agencies and, hopefully, bring public servants back to fill positions. There’s just one problem, however, Donald Trump.

Writing in the Washington Post on Tuesday, Philip Allen Lacovara, a former counselor to the Watergate special prosecutor, explained that Biden may not have any options. It’s a sentiment, Andrew Weissmann, former senior attorney to special counsel Robert Mueller, agrees must happen.

Georgia’s GOP governor attacks Trump’s ‘elite strike force’ after they say he’s in on stealing election

It took several days, but Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R) is finally responding to accusations that he was in on a conspiracy to “steal” the 2020 election from President Donald Trump, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

According to one of the members of Trump’s so-called “elite strike force,” Kemp was in on a vast conspiracy to deliver the election to President-elect Joe Biden.

“Georgia’s probably going to be the first state I’m gonna blow up,” said former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell during a Newsmax interview. “We don’t know who bought their election. I’m sure it crosses party lines.”

Powell was removed from the team not long after making the statement. Still, it took Kemp three days to respond to her claims.

“These are ridiculous,” the governor said. “They only seek to breed fear, create confusion and sow discord amongst our citizens.”

He went on to tell Georgians to unify under President-elect Biden and ignore people like Trump and Powell continue to work to divide their state.

“Now, more than ever, we must stand up for the truth, and we need to unite around our shared values,” Kemp said. “We must ignore those who want to divide us and find a way to overcome the challenges that we all face together. I’m committed to doing that.”

The problem here is, he is assuming, like most of these club-boys, that you are dealing with well informed and thinking people. Trump knew the heart of his base is a crude oil filled oozing ball of hate that could be manipulated by just spouting any Q-Anon crap they already believed in. Easy to fix it on whom or whatever he wanted. Now that he lost, as with other narcissists, he is pointing the finger to those around him. And his "base" is just doing the bidding of their chosen one.

Trump ‘re-traumatizing’ himself with doomed legal fight: ‘He loses each state now once, twice, three times’

MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski said President Donald Trump was traumatizing himself by fighting his election loss, because each challenge brings a new loss.

The president continues to challenge his loss to Joe Biden in several key states, but the “Morning Joe” co-host said he’s just hurting himself psychologically by continuing this battle that’s doomed to failure.

“When you look at these states, and every day we deliver the news about recounts or how close different state official, county officials are to certifying the vote, somebody close to Trump, if they knew him, if they understood him, if they could talk to him, they would explain to him he’s re-traumatizing himself every time he loses again,” Brzezinski said. “He loses each state now once, twice, three times, and all that does is churn him up and has him tweeting terrible things, trying to think of how he can make this pain stop.”

REPORTS: PARDON SPREE COMING — FLYNN UP FIRST?

Trump Reportedly Planning To Pardon Michael Flynn, Start Of Spree

President Donald Trump is planning to pardon Michael Flynn, his former national security adviser who pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI, according to several media reports on Tuesday evening.

Both Axios and The New York Times said Trump has privately told aides Flynn will benefit from a series of pardons the president will issue before he leaves office. The move would continue Trump’s trend of helping several notable supporters and associates who have been convicted of crimes during his administration. (The president also pardoned a turkey named Corn this week, as part of a White House Thanksgiving tradition.)

Flynn has pleaded guilty twice to lying to the FBI as part of its investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election, but his legal team asked to withdraw those pleas earlier this year in an abrupt about-face. Several months later, the Justice Department suggested the charges against Flynn be dropped in a remarkable move that prompted outrage among Democrats. But the judge in the case, Emmet Sullivan, said he wasn’t ready to do so and asked outside legal experts to weigh in.

Trump campaign asks Giuliani to argue Pennsylvania appeal despite rebuke by federal judge

Rudy Giuliani is expected to take the lead when President Donald Trump’s campaign appeals a federal judge’s decision to dismiss challenges to the 2020 election in Pennsylvania.

Bloomberg reported that Giuliani has been asked to argue the case before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit

Last week, federal Judge Matthew Brann rebuked Giuliani after he made oral arguments calling for 680,000 ballots to be invalidated. It was Giuliani’s first appearance in federal court in decades.

In his dismissal of the case, Brann prevented Giuliani from refiling an amended complaint, leaving an appeal as the only option for the Trump campaign.
