Did you get your degree?
Dude, the guy is educated. He's not lying. Probably more qualified than you or me. I would seriously drop this line if I were you, you're gonna end up looking like an idiot.

I disagree with most of what he says, but that doesn't detract from the fact that he probably knows something about what he's talking about.

Really? Forgive me if I don't feel abashed. He took a course or two, and thinks it was useless. But yet commenting in a political thread.

Besides, I am very educated, but you don't give me any credence for that, not so.

So let the discussions continue, dude.

Well 6 months on each (that was the length of each course), so a year in total. I did them because outside my 'core' courses, I needed to do some elective courses to complete my degree. As I was interested in politics as a teenager, I thought I might try my hand at a few courses in political science. I did them at UCT.
I did those same courses, but up to 3rd year. If only you had paid attention and learned something masekind. If only.

I did the same courses, with the same major at the same university as Chris did. Does that qualify me enough to disagree with your last statement?

what significance of identifying as a foreign countries politics got to do with anything?

Not trolling am curious as to why it’s so heated but is so irrelevant to SA?
I'm only in it for the side that is a bit more pro-science, and a bit more pro-conservation.
Where those two things are concerned - What happens in the US affects the entire world. SA included.

Melania Trump Shares Farewell White House Message in Final Tumultuous Days of Husband's Presidency (msn.com)

"I have been inspired by incredible Americans across our country who lift up our communities through their kindness and courage, goodness and grace," Mrs. Trump said. "The past four years have been unforgettable. As Donald and I conclude our time in the White House, I think of all of the people I have taken home in my heart and their incredible stories of love, patriotism and determination."

As was true of the last four years as first lady, her style was a contrast to that of her husband — who in his final days as president has found himself with a record low approval rating and shut out of his favorite social media platform after inciting a deadly riot at the Capitol.

And as ever, there were many things the first lady did not say.

Tapper should be careful about using the term the Big Lie as it's most associated with an infamous Austrian painter...

Personally I hardly expect those republican liars to act honorably now.

A scorpion, which cannot swim, asks a frog to carry it across a river on the frog's back. The frog hesitates, afraid of being stung by the scorpion, but the scorpion argues that if it did that, they would both drown. The frog considers this argument sensible and agrees to transport the scorpion. Midway across the river, the scorpion stings the frog anyway, dooming them both. The dying frog asks the scorpion why it stung despite knowing the consequence, to which the scorpion replies: "I couldn't help it. It's in my nature.
