He's already slashed the amount of arctic land that he himself arranged to have auctioned off to the highest bidder for fossil fuel exploration. A move so unlike the entire rest of Trump's presidency (in the environmental sense), that you just know it's spitefulness aimed at the power brokers who originally requested it.
