Well Block has handed himself over for this stretch but the other guy doesn't appear to have done so or the NPA aren't saying if they've ordered him to. I doubt a fugitive would simply try getting on a plane like regular folk. They'll do like fugitives do and slip out unnoticed.
It's something to be proud of, every 1 corrupt person that gets convicted is a step in the right direction. I applaud it and encourage more. You lot are eternally negative and nothing in this country will EVER please you.
