Unbelievable that he can get away with it. Probably expecting this whole thing to blow over so that he can go back to daddy...

It has been 20 days since a joyriding 15-year-old teenager caused havoc on Durban's streets. And while the teen's lawyer has reported that police have questioned and charged him, police have denied this.
But police say the 19-year-old Asherville teenager is still on the run. They explained that, had he been found, he would have been arrested for reckless and negligent driving on the night of the accident.
Boy they age quickly up there.

Haha, spotted ;)

Feel strongly about this though, what if this maniac ploughed into a bunch of pedestrians killing them and a few kids for good measure?

People must learn to take responsibility for their actions. He should be behind bars.
