I will wait and see what happens now.....but I am soo close to canceling it's not funny one small little thing is all it takes for me to go to telkom.

I don't really believe anything iburst say's since they called me an abuser and said that I somehow managed to sidestep their bandwidth limiter last time, when in fact it was one of their ppl that left it disabled!

Did anyone really get call up about there account. I'd like to know if they did call you up I heard they didn't call up people and just suspended, they don't know there code of business Practise.

He did, however, say that users who have repeatedly failed to pay their accounts had been cut off from iBurst, following telephonic notification.

They don't even send us Invoices, but yet again they CUT us off, they don't even call up saying Dear Sir/Madam you've not paid your iburst account it is standing at X amount atm. Please pay...

That what I said to myself they didn't contact my friends who were CUT off they just CUT them off they phoned and bang that how they got there account, how much they expose to pay. They didn't send him/her an E-MAIL or Post his Invoice to him/her.

I wonder are WBS going to blacklist people that don't pay pay...

I'd pay WBS by Credit Card but WBS don't want to loose 5 % of the transaction what ever the going rate is atm

Slim u and i dont agree on much but if they disconnected you i would go down there now and make them re-connect you.

Sasan always lie, once i called him up on his Mobile he said to me : IF YOU want to swear at me swear me... I was just comment about the accounts getting suspended, I'm sure iBURST got flooded with cancelations thats why they had to reactive those accounts that were suspended.

Been out all day and come back to this cr@p!!!!

So many posts so I scanned over them quickly, but if I'm reading correctly it looks like wbs has decided to "break" their side of the contract.

Well as much as I did not want to go to adsl it looks like it's going to be the only way out if wbs go ahead with it, even if up until now my connection has been pretty good.

If things are not sorted out by mid july then I will change to adsl.

just hit my cap about an hour ago and got similar results as slimothy, although I could browse standard http fine, I couldnt get any secure sites at all nor could I login to msn or icq. managed to get into the secure iburst helpdesk site using some slightly underhanded methods and bought some more bandwidth. needless to say all my problems were solved as soon as I hit that buy more bandwidth button.
