Abortion banned without exception for health of the mother:
AR, ID, MS, ND, OK, SD

Without exceptions for rape:
AR, KY, LA, MO, ND, SD, TN, TX

Without exceptions for incest:
AR, KY, LA, MS, MO, ND, SD, TN, TX
Whatever the problem (which is pretty significant in many of these cases) I'm pretty sure killing innocent children is not the solution.

Justices appointed by Republican presidents voted to overturn the landmark abortion-rights ruling. These are:
  • Samuel Alito
  • John Roberts*
  • Clarence Thomas
  • Neil Gorsuch
  • Brett Kavanaugh
  • Amy Coney Barrett
*Roberts did not sign on to the majority opinion and instead wrote a separate concurring opinion that said he would have stopped short of ending the abortion right, noting that he would have upheld the Mississippi law at the heart of the case, a ban on abortion after 15 weeks, and said no more.

Who voted to uphold Roe v. Wade

Justices appointed by Democrat presidents voted to keep the ruling these include:
  • Elena Kagan
  • Sonia Sotomayor
  • Stephen Breyer

What about in Trumpie blue conservative states?

No exception for incestual rape? That's the most likely of those scenarios...

Once they live under those laws for awhile they will realize their position is too extreme and there is a need for a more moderate set of laws. Most people in those states will vote out extreme laws over time. This is a just a short term over correction because of tribalism.

It's the same with far left progressivism. Now that people have experienced the train smash for themselves they are voting in people with more reasonable positions. San Francisco being a good recent example.

With non acceptance implying extermination?
Unfortunately I can't find stats that are specific. However, you can extrapolate by looking at the number of pastors who publicly call for murder of homosexuals and the size of their congregations.

A little over 50m of the adult population are against homosexuality. Of those, how many people agree with this pastor?

How can a baby defend itself? This has nothing to do with anyone controlling anyone else, that's a patently false statement. If you have a better suggestion how to protect those babies I'd love to hear it.
My suggestion is that women should have the autonomy to make the decision themselves... And those decisions are none of your business frankly.

If you're a gun, your rights shall not be infringed... If you're a woman 'tho, not so much.
While you might not agree, this is correct, as the US is governed by the constitution. The constitution does not mention abortion, but it does mention your right to defend yourself.

That's why the supreme court overruled the gun laws but reversed the abortion laws. Since the constitution does not mention abortion, it falls back to the states as it should.

You can make it a blue vs red issue, but it's actually constitutionally correct now, as it should have been. The court just did their job.

Why should women be given the autonomy to murder at their sole discretion? If such decisions are none of my (or your) business then I guess we should be okay with this too?

"Well regulated militia". No one ever remembers the 'well regulated militia' part.

Yesterday the court ruled that states *can't* make laws if they're about guns, today it ruled that states *can* make laws if they're about abortion.

The SC is broken... It's a tool for Republican minority rule, and that's been the plan for the last 40 years.

You can't murder a foetus, so your entire premise is based on fallacy.
