The problem that Trudeau has is that he is a rich, powerful, white cisgender heterosexual white male. You basically can't get any worse according to modern Marxist liberals.

This means that a sin like this could destroy his career. Only a transgender person could get away with blackface these days - they'd probably be applauded for their social commentary.

Which ironically shows what a lie privilege is. The more "privilege" you have, the less it takes to destroy your career and life.

Unlike Hillary he's pretty harmless just completely Tone Deaf with regards to politics. Oh and like her he's also a pandering fool, but that is true of most politicians. Going waaay too left or right to please their audiences.

It seems to be a trend of his. The thing is if you want to dabble in far left politics you should play the part. The same with right wing politics.

I just wish we could get back to Moderates in political power. Because we need the rational conservative and liberal ideas to move forward. This nonsense of everybody cowering in their corners is exhausting! :rolleyes:

Yeah, it is endearing (for some ) if done minimally. Theresa may wore a indian dress but Trudeau literally wore every flipping dress type available in India - that was too much. :ROFL: :ROFL:

Justin Trudeau was dropped from the lineup of a US late night show after a photo and videos of him wearing blackface emerged online.

The Canadian prime minister was set to appear on YouTube star Lilly Singh’s new show, but NBC confirmed that his scheduled video appearance was cancelled in the wake of the controversy.

NBC added it has no plans to invite him back on the show, A Little Late with Lilly Singh, which is the first to be presented by a woman of colour.
