JVC Update

Hi i need some help, i bought myself a while ago a jvc LT-55N745QA smart tv want to re install the OS or update to a newer version or another OS if its possible, i cant find any place where i can download the OS and to my experience i will never in my life buy a JVC again, cant return the tv as i have it longer than 1year.

Maybe anyone have some info on where i can get software or load a new OS on this piece of crap, i have heard that JVC in south aftica is actually fake another company is producing the tv's.

Just because some company is manufacturing JVC it doesn't mean it's fake. Isuzu will be manufacturing the new Mazda bakkie, that's how things work, for years Mazda was produced at a Ford plant, who ever said it's fake?

Get that loud mouth, know it all who told you it's fake to tell you who produces the JVC and contact that company for help.

Is is actually in this forum just go to general discussions and look for firmware uodate, the post was in 2018 they say the real manufacturer for JVC is Nu-Way

Saying things like "real manufacturer" implies something hidden or underhand, it's nothing of the sort. Many electronics brands are produced under license by some company, Mustek produces a lot of inverters of different brands you see in the market today, it's the same thing with many other brands.

Misinformed people do like to go around spreading lies and misinformation, there's nothing we can do about it other than correcting the misconceptions.
