Sign up with GoogleDont ever by the QB media player , I dont have the full details but I seem to recall its a QB-100. Bought one a few months ago and it broke , first it went blackandwhite and then later could not see anything at all.
So I took it back the the place at Stadium on Main and they booked it in to check , 3 weeks almost later I tried calling them this morning after no-one seemed to bother about me only to eventually get through after about 5 attempts (The Dam number kept being engage ?? Dunno whats up with that).
Anyway the chappie says the supplier cannot get hold of the manufacturer and that they sent through a batch at a time (wonder how many actually broke). I get a bit peeved and say I wont support them and will actually not recommend them to my friends anymore as their service sucks lemons. Guys promises to call me back and to his credit he does so within 5 mins (amazing what a little loud talking can do).
End of the day the unit is farked and they have no stock in the country and I have to wait until end of the month at least , now given that it took longer that the 2 weeks they said it would originally I can just hope to get my replacement come month-end.
