I am currently testing this Support Suite with a view of using this to log and manage calls from our clients. Has anybody ever used this or is currently using it? I have a few questions 
I would like to have a sit down with somebody who is using it on a daily basis and also find out how feasible it is to purchase a lifetime license and host it locally on my server.
