Icasa chair resigns

Dr Keabetswe Modimoeng has resigned as the chair of South Africa's telecommunications and broadcasting regulator, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa).

In a statement, Icasa said Modimoeng tendered his resignation today, citing a need to take some time-off after an "enervating period".

Well, well, well. So it is possible to resign from doing nothing. Now I've seen it all.
Side note: I always found this pic of him dodgy. He looks like he's caught by surprise or accused of something ridiculous.

Maybe the job is too hard to do because he is one of the 30% ers.
I agree .
How can you resign from a job where he did nothing.

Tell us Fuzzbox, how is someone for whom it's literally to be a "30% er", a 30% er"or is it just a dog whistle for something you're too afraid to say.

It is contradictive to say someone does 30% but then on the other hand also says he does nothing. Another way of saying it is fail just enough to pass.
