Keyboard Shortcuts don't want to work :(

Does anyone know why my Quick keyboard shortcuts (videos buttons(rewind, stop, Play/Pause and Fast Forward ) Sound Buttons (decrease, Mute and Increase) and then the e-mail button and Default Explorer button and Sleep button) don't want to work

What does that mean TIALl? don't you have the drivers or isn't windows taking the drivers?

I uninstalled it and reinstalled it
Windows installs the "HID Keyboard Device" for this keyboard but I can't find any drivers from the site

What make and model keyboard do you have?

Maybe it's windows drivers only, if windows installed the HID drivers, everything should work TIAL, just restart and check if the buttons work.

The Make is "Fujitsu Siemens" and it is the standard keyboard that comes with it

Well, windows drivers are very generic, they must support a large variety of different hardware, so they won't support those extra buttons. Try downloading software drivers from other manufacturers like Genius or Manhattan.
