KFC store punishes employees for not meeting Add Hope targets

Some of the stores also have employees blocking you from approaching the order intercom / window as then the timer starts. So they send someone down the queue to collect your order so there is a headstart in the kitchen and it looks like they are meeting their quotas. It is highly frustrating though as the person gets it wrong most of the time or forgot what you said so the person runs up and down to confirm the whole time. Nevermind cheating the corporate system, the Greasy finger Tiktok generation can't hold information for longer than 30 seconds.
Had that at the drive through in Rosettenville. They want you to wait before the collection windows magnetic strip on the road so it does not show the long wait for the order at the pick-up window.

You guys are a bunch of wierdos. If you have money to buy kfc you are not poor or it is by choice. Adding R2 to feed 5 kids poorer than you is a great thing. I always add the R2.

don't know if I agree with that sentiment,
KFC is a multi-billion dollar corporation that dumps tons of edible food straight to the garbage,
begging for money when they clearly do the bare minimum to the charities they support.

Id rather this company in the QSR space, that does not beg money from people but donates bits of Dough from sold pizzas to Charity,

that is a better use of excess food, instead of begging money from customers, and punishing workers for failing to meet that goal.

Ja, no this is gay.

Mcdonalds, KFC, Burger king and many others throw away TONS of food at the end of the day, or during the day,
all that Lettuce, Tomatos, Burger patties that been sitting in a warmer, fries that werent sold, and much much more,

what happens to all of that? anybody work in a restaurant care to enlighten us?
either the workers get it, or it more likely goes straight to the garbage, after being tallied up as losses for the day,
and then what? straight to landfill, where its not in a good state for human consumption.

instead why cant these mega-corporations like KFC, tally it up like they do, and donate it to a Homeless shelter,
or Do a big flashy event where they feed a million people, or something worthwhile

instead they beg money from customers, how twisted is that? If I wanted to donate to some anonymous charity
Id donate directly, where it would get embezzled, immediately, as its so easy to do that.
