What Merlin said is almost true...he forgot to add traffic.
I work in Woodmead and the traffic is really getting annoyingly bad. It does improve over weekends, but it's not like other areas where there is nothing going on. Due to the shops in Woodmead, it attracts people, and lots of people over pay weekends...and then there is the annual golf sale
