Taking into account percentage of racial makeup of our country, whites should have killed around 9 times more, because everyone has a much higher chance of killing a black, than killing a white based on numbers. But I doubt whites even clear 2% of that figure. Interesting, poverty doesn't explain that huge discrepency. And they are going to sit there and pretend its the other way around.

I agree this whole thing sounds like propaganda but what are they so afraid of? Everyone voting for the DA? I'm surprised we haven't heard of a story claiming "certain recently disgraced comrades" have been found fraternizing with a third force in an attempt to throw our peace-loving rainbow nation into chaos.

I agree that this smells of BS. But it might be possible to teach bomb building and weapons use in 3 days. Suppose the following, large firecrackers can be used as bombs, and ignitors are simple to make. How detailed do you suppose the user manual for an AK is. Remember that this is not tactical training, just training.
