Kloof (suburb near Durban) ADSL problems

Using a 10meg Afrihost line, business uncapped.

Local traffic seems fine, but international always seems congested, and reduced from 10 to around 4 meg.
It seems to just be slow, not cause any issues. It is stable etc, just throughput is hindered.

Very rarely it is not slow, perhaps more at the beginning of the month or something. Then I can get up to 8-9 meg same as local essentially.

Thats about it. Not even sure if that's a problem, or just totally normal behaviour (ie international traffic is slower).

Constant disconnection and hanging of internet until router reset. Had to drop from 4mb to 2mb.

And if you test with another ISP account which is on a different network for eg: Plugg?
