Is selling Kodi boxes, equal to money laundering? Or is this just a guy, guilty of money laundering, that happens to sell Kodi boxes?

Please fix the headline and article, or give a link where this guy guy pleads guilty to money laundering.

If you read your sources, you will see he was charged with money laundering, but only pleads guilty of "using or acquiring criminal property".

Click bait at the lowest level...

How is it clickbait when they used (more or less) the wording used in the torrentfreak article with a link to the original and they kept the heading and summary as the source?
 
Money laundering simply because he used the proceeds of a crime (selling illegal preloaded set-top boxes) to buy assets.
