Kyalami Wimax/LTE - moving there, need company and advice

Hi,

So, I need some assistance, or at least someone to point me to the right place ~

I am moving to Kyalami and it is a newly built complex. There is no telkom infrastructure yet, but there are plans for it (once the entire building project is finalized)

Obviously I need internet in the time-being...but I am finding it really hard to get to the right answers..

I tried to contact Midrand Connect, but it seems they are out of business..

We are pretty heavy on Data, currently at home we do just under 100gb per month (no DSTV, so lots of Youtube)

Can you guys please advise what you think would be best:

Wimax - who can do it, and what can I expect to pay - Also latency ?

LTE - is it worth it ? Data to Rands and what is the latency like ?

Did you ever manage to sort your ADSL out, are you having issues with them, i find downloading and browsing really really bad after 5pm esp since its a 4meg line.
