Astonishingly he just isn't that important. Why would you lower all of us to his level by killing him? I'm better than that. And you are too.
This animal is not a human - killing it is not murder.
Society is better off without these animals.

Can the anti death penalty advocates please explain to me why this POS deserves to live ???
I'm anti death penalty in the sense that it is not a solution to reduce crime, and calling for the death penalty expecting it to prevent this type of thing happening is not going to yield the expected results.

Death penalty as a form of retribution, justice and revenge - that's a different story.

You trolling?
Surely you can't be that stupid.
Then again, maybe you are.

Given the level of violence in South Africa, the "sickness" or the people committing the crimes and the ineptitude of our police I just don't see the death penalty successfully bringing down the level of crime in any major way.

There probably are countries where death penalty does work, I just don't believe SA will be one of those places

What part of his post do you class as stupid?
Did not, but have since emphasized the part of his post.
All it takes is a bit of common sense - harsher punishment for a particular crime reduce the incidents of that crime.

Fear of forfeiting your life works everywhere.

Nope, not really. The Death penalty has been shown to not actually reduce crime, or increase crime...

What if you don't think you'll ever be caught though, because you live in a country where there is probably a 10% chance of you being caught.

Criminals very seldom consider the consequences of getting caught, even in first world countries.

Rubbish - so called "studies that show that Capital Punishment does not work" are BS.
It most definitely works.

.

Yes, its just the first link, but (and i Know its difficult for you) do some basic research and you will see that the Death Penalty doesn't achieve what people think it does.

Also Capital Punishment against adults is not very effective...
