Yes, its just the first link, but (and i Know its difficult for you) do some basic research and you will see that the Death Penalty doesn't achieve what people think it does.

Also Capital Punishment against adults is not very effective...

There's also some that rationalise the consequences. Crime pays and it is a calculated risk.
