I'm always suspicious when someone tells a story with their video, even if its mostly true they always paint a picture slightly different to what is actually happening.

I'm interested as to why the woman allowed herself to be filmed ? Either she thought the actions were completely justified OR she just didn't believe there would be consequences.

Best action when you are getting filmed like that is to not let them get a good shot of your face. Someone else is telling a story about the situation and most likely not offering up your version of events.

Both, she knows that she has done nothing wrong, this was stuff that doesn't belong to anyone, and therefore there will be no consequences

She has still not apologized for calling the lady a thief last time I checked, something that Karens do.

I also doubt she would have listened to anyone in the state she was in, she herself admitted to being crazy, she has made up her mind that they were stealing and all she was interested in was making them famous, as she said.

On probability it would appear that the metro were picking up to relocate. The question is why they did not have any documentation to verify who they were and where they were taking the donated goods to, you would think that they would have procedures in place (verification of who they were, intended destination, description of goods picked up then verification that goods arrived at distribution centers) the ward councillor should also have been aware. ANC doing what they do best, muddling simple issues. Based on previous habit's one cannot be blamed for being sceptical.
