I think it would be channelled via the Solidarity Fund, plus it's small change anyway, I am still interested to see how exactly big projects like rebuilding infrastructure is going to be handled, because that's where the money is.

The rebuilding of infrastructure will most likely end up like Kusile and Medupi.

Too expensive, went far over deadline, full of errors and constant maintenance/repairs or it won't be ****ing built in the first place...
