I have a questionnaire that I need ppl to answer that will probably be followed up some secondary research. The secondary research will be a little bit more personal and intimate and done via some form of online chat (no I'm not looking for skeletons in your closet), but as with things of this nature will be entirely confidential.
At the top of the attached word document is a consent paragraph, if you could please fill it in if you choose to participate in this project! If you could fill in the questionnaire and email it to:
