After they threatened him with drawn firearms and failed to identify themselves...He moered them. Good enough ? You do not need a weapon to kill someone.

He was attacking them. Like I said... he knew he was in wrong yard.. why go attacking.
Unarmed is not the same as having your weapon holstered.I don't expect cops to walk in any dark situation unarmed. That would be suicide. Even if "not violent" call out. if it was daylight.. then yea.
Statue of stupidly comes to mind ...After they threatened him with drawn firearms and failed to identify themselves...
And weapons drawn doesn't mean attack/shoot. He could just gotten down and complied. He attacked them after he was threatened by people he didn't know pointing guns at him..
Unarmed is not the same as having your weapon holstered.
Prior to them pulling their guns, what had Myeni done that made them think he was a threat to them?
Which little law says this?... Then there is the little law that says you have to identify yourself as a police officer. ...
This is becoming like a game of Cards Against Humanity.Standard police procedure for a burglary call in the police department there, as explained quite a number of times already, they actually tried to not shoot him and used tasers and it didn't work.
Or the man who attacked the police officers? This is becoming like a game of Cards Against Humanity.
Is the police at fault for mishandling a burglary call or is it the woman who made the false 911 call?

The predictable group back at blaming the cops.![]()
You know they need it to be burglary right? To justify drawing their weapon...Or the man who attacked the police officers?
You call her stupid, but would you feel the same about your wife if some random stranger entered your home and claimed to know you? And yes, he's a huge guy.
She was rattled. To say he wasn't a threat is easy in hindsight... except he put two cops in hospital. All I'm saying is that depending on your state of mind, it could go either way.
. Except in SA if security or police shoot they go through court and likely jail.. in US.. nope. This is the part I don't get.The key part of all of that is to correctly identify yourselves as police..
Do you agree that pointing a gun at someone and shouting commands is threatening behaviour? We allows cops to do it because they are cops but if they do not identify themselves how can you expect people to behave correctly when threatened with a deadly weapon.
Pulling guns is an immediate escalation to an encounter which was not at all violent up until that point.
So you think he had the fullest right to attack the Police? Wow great stuff to know.Cop chatting to Lindani has his bodycam off or it has not been released and also failed to radio in that he was questioning the suspect. The last part would have de-escalated it from attempted house robbery or worse to a questioning. Then there is the little law that says you have to identify yourself as a police officer. The first officer on the scene can actually been seen backing away from Lindani as the other officers approached, as if to signal a threat. All 3 police officers enabled and facilitated a situation where misinterpretation and escalation was inevitable.
So when you attack innocent people you are doing nothing wrong? However when that innocent people protect themselves they are in the wrong. Amazing logical conclusions being reached in this thread.Going to play the advocate here and say I actually cannot see Lindani doing anything wrong. I have been attacked by two males in the dark on a railway bridge crossing. There was one light on the bridge above me about 5 meters away. I broke ones nose and the other fled. I sustained a small knife knick on my chin. To this day I cannot tell you what they looked like or were wearing only the one threatened me in Zulu. It's easy to say this or that but when **** hits the fan the other guy takes over and at that point theres not much to stop it. They could have been police officers I wouldn't have known, no indication to tell me otherwise.
More selective reasoning. This is the part I don't get.
He saw they threatened hm with a deadly weapon, but he did not see their badges and uniforms?
They did not identify themselves, yet the videos shows flashing lights?
Seems selective vision is a thing, each one only seeing what he wants to.
Not is the guy that entered a premises he was not supposed to be in and then attacked the Police. This is becoming like a game of Cards Against Humanity.

Hey at least we are thinking, you seem to be psychic. Not is the guy that entered a premises he was not supposed to be in and then attacked the Police.
The mental gymnastics being exhibited in the thread is incredible.
It seems it is OK to just attack with zero provocation (as long as you are black).
Black privilege.
So random people can just randomly walk into your property?Hey at least we are thinking, you seem to be psychic.
On whose authority wasn't he meant to be there?
Kinda how AirBnB works? So random people can just randomly walk into your property?
