Kinda how AirBnB works?
No it doesn't. Secondly is the family's excuse not that he mistook the property for the temple next door?

It seems there is a huge bunch of people looking for excuses for what happened here.

Fact is that when this guy violently attacked the Police and ignored all calls to stand down he caused his own death.

No, Airbnb is still a private home/property that people hire. Don't invent BS to cover the fact you wouldn't want strangers just wandering into your damn property.

Okay so hopefully the combined brain power can answer who is the property owner?
The lawyers provided the facts, it was a guesthouse.

It is amazing how simple logical reasoning is absent from some people.

He did not die because he entered the property.
He did not fie because the people phoned the Police.
He did not die because the Police responded to the call.
He died because when the Police arrived he decided to attack the Police and did not stand down after being repeatedly asked to do so.

Didn't the police say he spoke the owners of the home?
Didn't the police say they were responding to a burglary?
Didn't that police chief resign?

So if I stay in a guesthouse it is my property for the period I stay there. Randoms cannot simply walk in.

Have you never been on holiday.

This in any event is not the reason why he is dead.

All pointless questions and irrelevant.

Did he attack the Police without provocation?
Did the Police have the need to defend themselves?

Can you answer this honestly?

We covered that right in the beginning. I think you said that woman was terrified.
Now we are covering the aspect if the police should have been there and if 3 were really needed because a burglary were nothing was stolen is really weird.

During the course of your occupation, you actually do have a level of authority through the contract of the stay.
I understand, what I'm trying to point out is how it from home owner to guesthouse.
Their amendments also make it tricky especially because the tax payer is liable.

Q1 - we are not sure
Q2 - I have heard them on multiple occasions ask the person to stop

Now answer my questions.

Why this pathetic attempts to blame innocent parties?

Did the woman ask this random person to enter her property illegally?

Did the Police ask this person to violently attack them?

Why can some people not see who the guilty party is here?

Are you so blinded by your prejudices?

Oh so you’re indirectly blaming the woman.

No, you are trying to conflate bullshyte which is irrelevant...

He trespassed on a property, the occupant of the property rightfully called the police. Things went sideways from there, and blame for the way it played out actually lies on both sides of the equation. The police officers and with Lindani both shoulder a portion of the blame for how it played out.

Winning a case for violating amendment rights is almost a career, those lawyers aren’t working for free.

Seriously there’s YouTube channels that cover it, it part of due process to find out who owns the property.
The police aren’t exempt from trespassing.

That 911 call was for a burglary, not trespassing and a false 911 call is a crime similar to swatting.

The guy is dead, the lawyers wouldn’t stick around for fun.

Ok, so is the fact that he was in the wrong place now in question or something?

Who gives a fsck what the slimey lawyers looking for a pay day will do/say? At the end of the day the reality of the situation is the whole thing went sideways and both the police and Lindani shoulder the blame for that. And no, it wasn't racism or anything of the sort... things just went fscking wrong.
