(lack of) MTN monthly emailed accounts

Hi there,

I was a VERY HAPPY Nashua Mobile user with multiple provider contracts (long historical and operating reasons).

I Then become a blasé Vodacom and less than happy Alcatel/Altech customer... However I warmed up to Alcatel/Altech mobile after they've sorted out (after several months) their billing from the take over.

However, since then I've been made a very UNhappy MTN user :crying:

The single reason: They can't email me my PDF'd account/statements and detailed call records *Without* me hassling the support desk for hours on end over the phone (when I have the battery and business hours time), nor trying to drag it out of them over email requests to the customercare@mtn.co.za emails... the only one that semi seems to work/respond is the "business" one (which appeared on some of my correspondence since the take over, but they keep pointing me back to the (which I feel) useless customercare@mtn.co.za email queue)

1) Who has *successfully* convinced MTN to keep emailing them their PDF accounts/etc. so that they have nice history/etc. of their invoices/etc. for tax purposes at the end of the next year?

2) Who can I complain to that isn't guarded by the call centres to get my invoices and call records emailed to me monthly?
