Lagging behind

I just tried out HL2 deathmatch on SGS. I lag horibably, would this be because of mywireloss 256k or my pc (2.4ghz p4, 1gb mem, LCD) or combination of both.

If your frames are high then its definately the wireless.
type net_graph 3 in console and check your frames.
