Income constraints were cited as the biggest contributor to tenants’ early cancellation of lease agreements, said TPN, a specialised credit bureau focused on the education and property markets.

Yeah, well, income constraints proudly brought to you by the ANC, thanks to lockdowns and all kinds of other restrictions.

Early cancellation of lease agreements, again another stupid law proudly brought to you by the ANC in the form of the NCA act, which now overrules contract law.

So, who do we have to thank?

Bullshidt .....

People arent paying but still occupying - the problem isnt one of demand, its one of payment.

In their own words

Fewer people earning salaries means that fewer households are able to afford to participate in the rental market.
If the people arent being paid, are they moving into the street?

Prolly moved in with the piece of schidt in my house who isnt paying :(

Great time to negotiate lower rental. My house is sold so may have to look at a two month bargain :)
