I'm up to date with the 2 epi's currently out. I love the setting & the premise, a somewhat fresh take.

Enjoying it! Taylor Sheridan is back with another hit.

Absolute top marks must go to BBT, he is so damn convincing & dead pan for the role!

Special mention to the "17 year old" daughter who is 27 IRL, I checked, notta duck she is 17 IRL :ROFL: :p

Series is fine but the stuff with his 17 y/o daughter is cringe af. The cum line, his ballie housemates checking her out, twice in episode 2 there's a joke about him ****ing his daughter.

E04 - what a dumb episode. Losing interest now - want more oil & money shenanigans but instead it's family stuff and old man housemate unable to work because of 17y/o daughter thrusting and just about showing pussy. Is e05 gonna be a whole episode about them rebuilding the family? Meh.

Anyhow a good epi, esp the end. Within the 1st 2mins we have the "ex-wife" showing off her goods & looking hot af.

Then not even half way in the epi we have the "17 year old" doing her Spring break thing. Poor Nate :love: :ROFL:

Leaning heavily into the family drama vibes - this episode felt the The OC in oil country. And these okes aren't really bothered with any kind of safety - from bashing metal together near gas leaks to standing on unsecured piles of metal pipes.

Hopefully that piece of shit who beat his son gets his ass handed to him on a platter before this season ends. Not sure if the son or Billybob is gonna hand out the ass whipping but it better be good & bloody. Fking pussy beating a guy with a whole crew.
