Also look at the Lenovo range, they have brought out some brilliant portable machines in the last year, great quality as well.

Asus, biggest laptop manufacturer in the world I think, make a **** load of other brands machines and tend to copy al the good bits and load them into their machines.

HP, quality and value for money.
