Laptop charger under warranty

I know I posted about this back in December, but my power supply for my laptop, which is under warranty, doesn't work, except intermittently, so iStore claims there's no problem with it and that they don't have a swap out policy. What the hell is that?!?! If an accessory breaks in South Africa, is Core not obliged to replace it?

In December my charger was at their repair facility for a month (!) before coming back with them claiming it was fine. And then it worked again for a week.

So basically, I want to know if anyone has had a similar experience and who one should talk to at Core to get this crap sorted out? It really should be a matter of walking into the iStore, saying, "my charger is broken," and walking out with a new one.

Absolutely. They should come with a one year swap-out guarantee. Especially seeing as they are quite prone to breaking in my experience, and cost over R1k!

Poor from Core as usual.

Guys, anyone? Core is being totally unreasonable about this, claiming we have to send it in for repairs again, and that the policy is not to replace, unless absolutely necessary... Any advice, contact info or personal experience?
