Im looking to buy a new laptop for University:

Options: all options have a i7 7700hq or 6700hq and 16GB Ddr4 Ram and 128-256GB ssd
Battery life with normal use like video streaming and working on documents etc.

Dell 7567 -R18 000
With - 1050ti 4GB - 8-10 hours battery and poor screen.(TN panel)
Gigabyte Aero 14 - R26 000
With - 1060 6GB - 6 hour battery. QHD IPS screen
MSI GS63VR Stealth Pro - R21 000
With - 1060 6GB - 3-4 hour battery - Good 1080p IPS screen

Which would you consider as best value for money?
*Will be buying on Amazon US and buy cables for the power brick in SA at local pc shop
*All items have included approximate fees and taxes on amazon cart
*Going to study computer science and i like games like Rust,CSGO and Dota with occasional GTA V and ARK.

For CS I'm not sure if those specs are really necessary.
When I did CS in 2001 (nobody had laptops on campus at that time) we started with Java (Kawa IDE) with basic concepts. Not sure what they use these days. Eclipse?
Maybe those specs may be necessary if you're specialising in 4th year?
Would you be comfortable carrying something so pricey at the cafeteria or chill out zones?

I would PM LaptopTraderSA on carbonite.

Purchased 2 notebooks from him recently. Parallel imports. I got his contact number as well if you want it.

Cant help much, other than saying For R20k you could get a nice desktop and el cheapo power efficient laptop for notes and random doodling/coding.

Would much rather carry something like that around.
