Or, if your TV supports Miracast, get a Miracast dongle for your laptop.

Mirroring? I use a HDMI cable and wireless mouse and keyboard.

PLEASE NOTE
•2018 model TV and above required.
•In some cases for the following to work, your firewall needs to be disabled.
•Be sure your laptop hardware supports wireless display.

On the TV
•On your TV remote press “input”
•click “Anyview Cast”

On the PC
•press “windows key + K” to take you straight to the wireless connect screen
•Click on your TV name to connect.

Recently bought a Hisense 65M6000UW and tried to cast directly from my Windows 10 laptop to Hisense Anyview Cast. It does work but it is extremely delayed and disconnects my wifi connection which prevents me from going onto the internet. Also downloaded the latest TV firmware this morning so should be up to date.

I've attempted to cast to my TV 58N5000 and nothing, also no "new" firmware OTA so have to try do it using the USB but the instructions don't work sigh.

I also tried with the 65" Hisense we purchased in 2017 but it would not work either. We eventually had to buy a Chromecast to make it work without a cable.
