What is the largest 9.5mm hard drive laptop available in SA? Where can I purchase it?

I think it is 2Tb at the moment. Not sure where you can get hold of it.

Best get a SDD as boot drive, and the 2Tb as an external drive if possible.

1TB is the largest. 2TB is 15mm and wont fit in a standard laptop hard drive bay.
