Latest Update for certain Samsung (not sure about others) - mine S23FE

Any experience with the update any gripes or thumbs up.

My only possible positive is I believe you can push a call record button.

Samsung today revealed the May 2025 One UI software update rollout plan for Galaxy devices.

The company has shared eligible devices category-wise, including Monthly security updates, Quarterly and Biannual.

April 2025 was a month that faced various changes in Galaxy software frequency.

This time, with the May 2025 plan, Samsung hasn’t shuffled devices much; we noticed the A52 and XCover Pro are removed, while A26 5G is added in Quarterly software update and A82 5G removed from Biannual.

yeah you were slated to get it but you would have still been waiting because according to the rollout map the S21FE would be getting it at the same time as the A series and the Korean A series just started getting it two days ago

the Koreans were getting the S24SE update around 3 weeks back - i just received it this afternoon so according to the official rollout maps South Africa is close to one month behind Korea but yep you would have gotten it end of May or beginning June - S23FE will probably get it in around a week from now (possibly earlier depending on how many of those were sold here)
