I've had a very good experience so far. If you schedule your heavy downloading for overnight and don't rape it during the day it will work out really well for you.

Speeds are excellent. They recently changed their throttling margins based on your download behaviour. I got throttled one month at about 115GB (1Mb/s line), browsing was fine & I could still download at 45KB/s. I changed my download behaviour after that and after 100GB I'm still in the green, have not seen orange (warning) or red (throttled) yet.

its nice that telkom tells the clients with a graph u been throttled or not either green or red then you can work around it and never be throttled :)

Same here.
No throttling at all with TI.
I only ever notice a speed decrease with low seed ratio.

Why? I max my line out on torrents. Occasionally you have the less popular torrents with only a handful of seeders in which case I just let it trickle down. Popular torrents run at full speed.

Off topic but related to downstorm.
Can you take an existing torrent download that is on say 3gb and is taking forever, let downstorm download the rest or would it restart the download?

Probly not . downstorm does not seed the last time i checked but speedbox.co.za is a seeding platform but it might not make a difference as the seeders might be the problem

I'm pretty sure you can't just whore your products all over the place.

[-]Well, your products are very expensive compared to the competition.[/-]
Sorry, I saw the bundled price.

I'm on Afrihost 1mbps ADSL. Shaping rarely happens. Also, they do not throttle you.
