So I had a bit of a pissed off brisk walk quite a distance a few weeks ago.
Didn't feel any pain at the moment.
The pain started about a day later.
It's really painful if I lift my left leg.
I can't pinpoint the source of the pain. Whether it's my hip or leg.
It's quite painful if I walk and even lying down and lifting the leg.
About 12 years ago I sprained my left foot/ankle quite badly when falling. I did the whole shebang with doctors and didn't get an op or anything. Since that time I've unconsciously placed more pressure on my right foot/leg when standing or walking. Noticing it once in a while and being aware of it. It's as if my mind is geared to not step too hard on the left foot/ankle.
I know a doctor is best, blah....
Has anyone had anything similar?
How would I be able to sort it out myself, especially the pain?
I walk quite a bit more these days and it's not getting better.
Any advice would be appreciated.
