Legal Advise wrt Forms to Use

Since we are no longer graced with the presence of our esteemed learned colleagues from a Legal institution...

Can anybody assist with a query relating to child maintenance reductions? After spending 2 hours at the magistrates court - the wonderfully helpful people there issued me with a J101E. Got home to realize its an Application For Maintenance Order. Wrong form completely. Yes I should have checked before leaving. But being that they do this daily - I'd hoped they knew what they were doing.

Right so. My personal financial circumstances have changed for the worse. While my ex's have changed for the better. So I'm looking to have the maintenance amount reduced.

The options available at http://www.justice.gov.za/forms/form_mnt.htm are:

1. Form B [J107] - Substitution or Discharge of existing Maintenance Order
2. Form I [J256] - Application for Variation/Setting Aside of an Order by Default in terms of Section 19 (4) of the Maintenance Act, 1998

Any guys out there done this before and can confirm which is the correct one?
