Legal Aid Cover

Just got a call from these Clientele and while I wasn't looking at this, it makes alot of sense for me to have Legal Cover incase I'm arrested or have a civil case.
Anyone have this kind of cover? Good/Bad idea?

Thoughts and experiences with Clientele?

I contacted them weeks ago to get more information. Although I received a confirmation of receipt email, I have not heard from them again. If that is how they treat a prospective client, I shudder to think how they will handle your legal problems.
