The both payments was done in December can j call my bank and ask them

What payment channel did you use?

Have to tried to escalate this with other managers, or maybe a HelloPeter review?

However, if you really do want to start legal proceedings against them, its best to send them a Letter of Demand (LoD), you are going to have to wait a minimum of two weeks, after completing the letter call WebAfrica and ask for the legal departments email address and send it to them.

Link: Letter of Demand Format

Is the juice worth the squeeze?

When i want to talk to a manager theres no manager

Like caek, managers are a lie

Your mastery of the keyboard could holster your attempts at taking on WA. Best to head on down to your local magistrates(?) court and ask them for assistance in raising a claim via the small claims court, they might even assist you with the letter of demand. (they were quite angry at me when I filed my final paperwork and they realised that I did the whole process myself and did not 'do' it through them. )
