Legal challenge to South Africa’s never-ending lockdown

They're challenging curfews. Not the lockdown

Judges in this country love deferring to authority. If they went after the lockdowns in general, it will get ignored.

They have to eat away at all the stupid bits first. And buy doing so, they can use a good case like this to show off the shoddy reasoning behind the lockdowns in general.
