I've had Iburst for the last 9 months. Due to a problem with the iburst reseller whom I purchased the contract from, my account was never debited and I never checked so I found out that I owe them R7000.
I made arrangements to pay them back over 6 months.
I purchased the UTD cash and I am now trying to sell the device to recoup some of the costs. Iburst is saying that they will not release the device for anyone else until I have paid the full amount.
To my mind this pure and simple blackmail. I have fully paid for the device and I should be able to sell it to anyone.
Does anyone know if I can take legal action?
