FYI - I have been using www.capsule-productions.com site for a bit now, without any problems. Also see they now have access to UK and OZ ITMS, but the US iTunes site is the best value for money - plus it gives access to US released TV shows like Lost season 2, Desperate Housewives season 3 - stuff we would never get even when they do eventually launch.

I noticed that they don't offer this service any more... However, I did stumble across iTunesFairy via DigiCape. I've used them twice now, no complaints
