Lenovo launches its thinnest and lightest pro laptop – ThinkPad P1

Lenovo has unveiled its ThinkPad P1 workstation laptop, which packs a 1080p or 4K 15.6-inch display, and powerful hardware.

The P1 is available in multiple configurations and offers the choice of Intel 8th-gen Core i5, i7, i9, or Xeon processors.

Yeah, most of these thin professionals have a hard time with Core i5 quad cores, never mind Core i9.

an extra 2.5mm of thickness for cooling and an extra 300g in battery would not make a measurable difference in portability, sort out the heat bottleneck and turn a "rushing for the charger at 4pm" laptop into an all day battery.
